Getting “Rocked”|Poker Face Drills

Getting Rocked and NOT Showing it. . .

. . . is a skill in itself. A good poker face can mean the difference of whether you opponents blitzes in for the finish, or keeps back long enough for you to recover.

Being a fighter that often studies his competition, I can attest to the fact of being saved in multiple fights, all by keeping my composure long enough to recover and win the fight. It was the difference in a number of my title fights and bout at Madison Square Garden.

I learned it the hard way the first time I was stopped by a TKO, but that takes some brain cells. .  . away. Learning it that way takes them away. . .

. . . now, with these drills you can get used to the feeling and be able to drill that composed poker face without losing a single brain cell (if you don’t don’t knock your head on anything while attempting these drills that is):
