The Top 5 Lethal Boxing Drills for Muay Thai

Setting Up Knockout Elbows, Knees, and Kicks is Much More Efficient with Killer Boxing. 

Elbows, Knees, and Kicks are our main weapons in Muay Thai, but having slick hands will sharpen these weapons. A stiff jab will move your opponent where you need him, having power in your punches will instinctively move your opponent's body and head into your shin. To top it off your hand speed will stiffen your opponent before he finishes his combination. 

With the introduction of Bellator Kickboxing, the growth of Glory Kickboxing, and with the evolution of current Muay Thai Athletes - Boxing is becoming an essential part of surviving in the ring.
