How to Wrap Your Hands for Extra Protection
for Muay Thai, Kickboxing or Boxing
This is an interactive video tutorial on how to wrap your hands taught by Kru Mon in Thailand. Mon utilizes every inch of the wrap to create extra protection for the knuckles and wrist. 180″ Wraps are recommended for this hand wrap style.
The initial knuckle pad that you see can also be folded in half before being placed on top of the knuckles to double its thickness (my preference). Put this wrap to work, let us know how you like it, and share with your friends if you do!
