Running is an amazing form of meditation. On the other hand it is also a time I have the greatest inspirations and ideas pop up. Thought embedded deeply in my brain. Thoughts that flow, a mind that is clear.

Here is the first of my Vlogs I will continue to do as a form of study, as a form of motivation and to provoke thought within yourself. If I don’t accomplish this task, maybe we have not connected on the same wavelength, then this becomes a journal entry.
